How can I Upgrade a Customer to a Brand Partner?

If you’re upgrading a customer who ordered within the same commission week, you can call corporate with the prospective BP, pay for the membership, and convert the customer account to be a brand partner account.

If you’ve already been paid commissions from the customer (they ordered on a different commission week than the week they're upgrading), you’d need to enroll them as a new brand partner (you can do this via a Smartlink). Then you can call support to manually have them count the customer’s PV towards the BP’s business level upgrade - but they still need a 200PV activation.

How do I navigate the Backoffice?

The backoffice is made up of widgets and reports to manage your business long term.

Some are not relevant as you get started and are more important as your organization continues to grow.

How can I Track a My or a Customer's order?

In your bacoffice click "Orders" in the menu and you'll find your orders and in the second section you'll find your current personal customers orders (not brand partners).

Here you can find what they ordered and their tracking number if available.

You can toggle between the weeks and pick ranges to see past orders.

How do I set up or edit my Subscription?

Step 1: Log into your Customer Account: CLICK HERE

Step 2: Click on where it says "Subscribe" or in the menu ||| click "Subscription Manager"

How do I figure out my Color Week?

If you have 200PV and it's showing you do not have an "active" subscription you can manually calculate what your Color Week should be by adding up your personal orders and personally enrolled customer orders.

The week in which you achieved 200PV in total is your Color Week.

Where do I set up how to get commissions paid out?

Commissions run every Tuesday, appear in your E-Wallet within 24 hours and depending on your bank can be deposited between Wednesday - Friday.

2. In the menu click "My Money" & "Partner Co Pay"Click the "+" sign to see all options

3. Add your account information to Direct Deposit

How do I create a Smartlink?

Creating a Smartlink is an easy way to send a customer a pre-built cart so they can check out faster but it is not required!

How to set up a Subscribe & Save Smartlink :

1. Log into your back office at: https://officev2.partner.co/login

2. Once logged in go back to: https://partner.co

3. Click on SHOP

4. Add the products you want to create a smartlink for into your cart

5. In the cart click "Create a Smartlink"

6. A pop-up will be seen and you'll want to name your smartlink

7. Leave the two boxes unchecked (Include Promo Code & Hide Subscription)

8. Click "Generate Link"

9. Click "Copy" and that link will now be on your clipboard so you can paste into any chat with someone

10. You can find all of the smartlinks you have created in your backoffice in the menu item labeled "Smartlinks"

BONUS: you can also change the flag and create country specific smartlinks!

Do I make money on my larger (power) line?

You earn money from spillover volume because it allows you to balance your business and earn from your smaller line.

In this compensation plan you will initially earn from enrolling customers, then once activated (with 200PV) you'll received bonuses for enrolling brand partners.

After 4 weeks you'll being seeing personally enrolled volume on your smaller line along with anyone your brand partners enroll. Once this happens you'll begin earning a 15% weekly bonus on from that smaller line.

As the brand partners who are enrolling in your organization grow their smaller line you can begin earning a 15% check match and their earnings.

The goal is to grow your smaller line to 13,334 in a given week which will pay you a minimum of $2,000/week. You can then open additional positions where you can earn $2,000/week for each one. Having spillover volume from your sponsors allows you to focus on building your smaller line.

But be mindful - if the volume on your smaller line out paced the larger line you would then earn the 15% bonus on the spillover line - it is always best to build a balanced business!

What is Power Ranking?

It measures the health of your business as it relates to all other Brand Partners worldwide:

ACQUISITION

This is your personal acquisition of new brand partners and new preferred customers and the amount of volume for each compared to the amount of acquisitions by other brand partners.

RETENTION

This includes the percentage of new Members within a Representative's sponsorship tree that continue to place orders throughout the year after enrollment. The higher the percentage and the higher the headcount relative to other representatives, the higher the ranking.

LEADERSHIP

This includes Matching Bonus growth; the number of personally sponsored members who achieve Gold status throughout the year; the number of personally sponsored representatives who title advance throughout the year (higher titles have a higher score). The higher the performance of leadership development relative to other representatives, the higher the ranking.

GROWTH This includes growth of Total Payline volume (includes all new volume in a line, whether paid in Base Commissions or Team Lead Bonus) from the current year versus the prior year. The higher the growth relative to other Representatives, the higher the ranking.

EARNINGS This includes total earnings. The higher the total earnings relative to other representatives, the higher the ranking.

What are New Volume Bonuses? How do business levels impact these bonuses?

New Volume Bonuses are ADDITIONAL earnings ON TOP of your 30% profit margin from retail sales.

These BONUSES apply to all new volume sales, which include purchases made by new customers or brand partners within their first 4 weeks.

The amount of your New Volume Bonus is determined by your business level, which is based on your PV from either PERSONAL purchases or CUSTOMER orders.

Here’s a breakdown of the business levels and the corresponding new volume bonuses:

ACTIVATED (200 PV): 15% bonus

BUSINESS (500 PV): 20% bonus

ELITE (1000 PV): 25% bonus

ULTIMATE (1500 PV): 30% bonus

The higher your business level, the larger the bonus you earn on new volume sales!
